1. Free Worldwide Shipping
We offer Free Worldwide Shipping on all orders. There are no hidden shipping costs or handling fees. The price you see for the guitar is the final price for shipping to your destination.
2. Shipping Processing Time (Handling Time)
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
3. Delivery Estimates (Transit Time)
We use premium carriers (such as UPS, DHL, or FedEx) to ensure your guitar arrives safely. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Rest of the World: 7–14 business days
Please note: These are estimates. Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing or carrier issues.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). You can track your package directly on the carrier's website.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
While shipping is free, Carbon Guitars is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order by your country's local authorities. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
6. Damages & Insurance
Every shipment is fully insured. Carbon Guitars is liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If your instrument arrives damaged, please contact us at support@carbonguitars.com immediately. Please keep all packaging materials and damaged goods for inspection.
